Is (or was) this a Bone spur?!

I had what I thought was a bone spur on my wrist...about a month ago my wrist was feeling sore after i worked out and I noticed a hard lump on it....I thought it was a bone spur until yesterday...I was squeezing really hard when all of a sudden I had a jolt almost like electricity go through my wrist...I screamed because it was so intense. THen, it went away. Latter that night, I noticed that the hard lump was now a soft lump and quite a bit smaller. Today it is still soft and smaller. It is still sore when I press on it.
Anyone have an idea of what it was.?
