Is a heart rate of 100-115 (resting) normal?!

Question: Is a heart rate of 100-115 (resting) normal.?
Answers:
No. You are tachycardic (heart beats faster than it should). Normal value is between 60-100. If you persistently has this symptom, you should probably consult your health care provider. There may be an underlying reason for this. Are you taking any meds.? Some foods may also cause this. Or you may have an underlying heart disease. Health Question & Answer

It's a little high..........the number 80 was given to me many years ago and I still stick with that.......it works for me. If it bothers you,try a relaxation tape. I don't know your age, or weight, so it's tough to say much. Do you smoke or drink.? Drugs.? Lots of sugar and coffee will pump you up..........you probably know all these.
