you don't. as of right now, it's an incurable disease. you can be put on a a medicinal cocktail which helps with the symptoms and may help slow down the progression into full blown aids, but it will not cure you. it's very expensive. besides, i don't believe a word you have typed. if you were diagnosed, a dr would have told you and your family your options.Health Question & Answer
