How can i tone my body?!


Question: How can i tone my body.?
before 2 years i was around 110kg..but i reduced 40 kg few months back..now i am 70kg approx...
My skin was very much chubby.. i reduced so much weight after running minimum 5 km. everyday for 6-7 months..
but instead of toned body my skin is continued to be loose and soft..

the best way to tone your body, is to tone your muscles. and the only way to tone your muscles is to use them. to work them out. if you want to tone then you should go to the gym, and possibly get a trainer who can show you how to work out to get the results you want. But generally to tone your muscles you want to lift a small amount of weight, but do it a lot of times. low weight, high reps. the fact that you been running that much everyday speaks greatly about your work ethic and commitment to being healthier. the next step is to incorporate weight training into your workouts.

But there are a couple of things you need to know. number one, you won't get huge like some kind of body builder on steroids. not even close. especially doing only a little bit of weight for a lot of reps. that is strictly toning.

second, muscle weighs more than fat. so while you are developing your muscles you might gain a small amount of weight. and by a small amount of weight I mean maybe a couple lbs, or i guess a kg or 2. don't let that discourage you from lifting weights. you will look better at 71 kg with a toned body, than at 70kg without one. and in the end isn't that what you want.? to look good.?Health Question & Answer
