No as i have already told you, nothing has changed, you are the same great kid you always have been and the 20 puffs of cigar smoke has nothing to do with your physical condition and so you must stop beating yourself up over this mistake. We all make mistakes but if we gain knowledge from our mistakes then we are back on track! Leave Tobacco alone as it is very harmful to your health and this I know as it has been an addiction for many years and I now have COPD caused from smoking.Health Question & Answer

I honestly don't think that only 20 puffs that long ago would mess you up that bad. I smoke and I've never gotten an ear infection. The sore throat would have probably came like the next morning or something. It usually happens if you smoke too much. Maybe you're coming down with something .?

When you smoke regularly, I know that it starts wearing down your body, but like I said before, I doubt 20 puffs will do much.Health Question & Answer

A one-time experiment with tobacco, I am 99% sure, didn't cause your problems.

You are wise to avoid tobacco.

At age 16, your muscle soreness could actually be growing pains. The bones are growing longer and the muscles take time to catch up. It hurts.

I wish you health.Health Question & Answer
