Acne face wash question?!

Question: Acne face wash question.?

I've been using the neutrogena oil free acne wash for almost a week now. It will be a full week tomorrow. Its been making my skin very dry.? I put on moisturizer yesterday, and it helped.

If I don't see anything change, should I just throw it away.?

Anyway I could make it not make my face less dry.?

I use it once a day. Should I use it in the shower in the morning, or before bed.?

I've seen a huge zit go away from it but blackheads are still there and stuff. Do you think a on the spot thing would be better for me.?

Just to tell you that dry skin will make your acne worse. Always use a moisturize after you wash your face. Use the neutrogena oil free acne wash for the next week (using the moisturizer after every time) and if there is no change in your skin try a different face wash. also make sure you get a non-comedogenic (won't clog pores) moisturizer. I would use a spot treatment after you moisturizer.
