This might sound crazy, but i had a very bad sore throat once and i looked up online to look for home remedies. A lot of people suggested hot sauce and im not kidding ... it WORKS!!! take 2 tablespoons of hot sauce, let it slowly drip down into ur throat. Once the burning goes away, the sore throat shud be gone !! If it isnt, do it agen. :) hope that works for u !Health Question & Answer
Massive doses of vitamin c work well. There is a product called Emergen-C that's sold in places like Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. You mix the packets in a class of water and drink it down. Whenever I start coming down with a cold I start using it and I swear, the cold goes away.Health Question & Answer
