I had the flu for 2 weeks, im taking Actifed multi action cough medicine 2 spoons but I have a cough and the phelm is not coming out so and my nose is blocked. What can I do to get rid of it.?Health Question & Answer

I agree with b v. Herbal or green tea is known to help. Mentholated steam inhilation is also known to clear nasal congestion. If you develop a fever or the symptoms last over a weak, go to your doctor for antibiotics.Health Question & Answer
