I'm allergic (anaphalaxis) to eggs, all nuts and wheat, and I really hate tomatoes so I know how you feel. There's still plenty you can eat which is healthy, there are so many dairy free alternatives such as soya products and you're not allergic to wheat so you could have salad and meat sandwiches with soya butter/spread. Lima beans and oats are so easy to avoid and I've never accidentally eaten a peanut either. You can still eat potatoes which are very versatile as is rice. Have you decided you're allergic to them or has a doctor actually TOLD you you're allergic to these things.?
How many healthy recipes do you see that call for lima beans, oats and peanuts.? Come on, don't come up with excuses. You never mentioned being allergic to any other fruits, vegetables, fish. Health Question & Answer

dairy is junk, you're not missing out on anything... peanuts aren't that great.. common ail...

oats are processed.. no great loss...

have you had a medical diagnosis for all those allergies.? If so, they should have put you in touch with a dietitian. Ask about that.

Otherwise, there are still lots of things you can eat:

potatoes, pasta, rice, bread. also meat, other types of fish, Tofu, soya milk. All vegetables and fruit.

So, for instance, things like:
