Okay I have a fever, aching all over, throwing up, and stomach is kind of weird. If I drink anything with milk in it, i throw up, and basically Anything of food, I throw it up. What should I eat.? I ate plain pasta today and tons of water.... thx! Health Question & Answer

I just got rid of this like 2 days ago....Here is what I did from docs suggestion. DON"T eat! Drink only chicken stock or beef stock. Drink lots and lots of juice and things like gatorade. I sipped on it all day long. Get ready because the next step is to get rid of this all through diarrhea!!!!!! Just preparing you XD You need to get some fever reducer/ibuprofen in you and kept down to get rid of the fever. It is what is making you feel so weak, dizzy, and is giving you the chills and aches. The trick is to eat and drink in minute amounts. Drink no more than 3 oz of Gatorade every hour or so. Gradually increase this amount over a day or two.
