My heart does this alot.I actually had to call a nuirse one day cuz my heartbeat was over 150.
ive had panic attacks before that made me feel like that tooo.
If your bf ate or drink any caffeinne or smoked alot his heart could be beating fast from that.
From personal experience you start getting weak and sleepy once yor heartbeat is so high for awhile.
He needs to lay down and relax.They told me to take long breaths in and hold it for a couple sec then slowly breathe it back out and keep doing that till your heart slows down.
