Answers:
In a book I am reading, Dr, Barnard's program for Reversing Diabetes, he writes that test subjects have a average 20% less blood sugar level when they add cinnamon to their food.

So I suggest oatmeal for breakfast with some cinnamon and apples to sweeten it.

Cut back on animal fats, less milk products, skip cheese, and read the book. It will explain why they think we get diabetes.

The orange is good for you, it will also help make you les acidic, and that will help the insulin work better. Avoid acidic foods, especially soft drinks, beer, spirits, and animal fats.

ground cinnamon is good for you, small amounts that are usually in foods, sprinkled on coffee, or choc or desserts, it's supposed to be good for digestion and blood sugar control, but not in place of insulin.Health Question & Answer

Apples and fish oil are good for you too. Green tea is supposed to be better than black.

Why not just take a good multi-vitamin and eat a healthy balanced diet.? You're gonna get real tired of oranges and garlic every day.Health Question & Answer
