Question: Would you date a person with acne scars.?
Although I think I have nice features, I have like "pitted skin" around the sides of my face from cystic acne in my teens. I have felt all my life inferior about it. I have only had one man in my life tell me I was pretty, and that was when I was 17, before it all started. One night at a bar I picked up a guy that had really, really bad acne scars and we went to a restaurant and had a good time, but when it came back to taking me home and trying to put moves on me, I was so repulsed. He was really nice and kind to me, but I just couldn't deal with his face. He had deeply pitted skin and it just turned me off. Why did I feel this way.? I also that I've been rejected by men because I do have obvious scars from it. Opinions or advice appreciated.Health Question & Answer

At least you are honest. Microdermabrasian may be a solution. Talk to your dermatologist about it. On your question of pitted ski, I think I could get around it if the man wa worth it in other ways--kind, gentle, great conversationalist, etc.Health Question & Answer
