I jst got my tooth pulled about an hour ago and the numbig medican eis still kicked in. i want is to stop?!

Depending on the anesthesia they used the numbness will last another hour up to six more hours. Marcaine with epinephrine lasts 6-8 hours while anesthetics without epinephrine can last as little as 30 minutes. Some people say that increasing blood sugar levels might make the numbness go away faster...so getting something sweet to eat or drink may help. also increasing circulation in the area will take away that numbness faster , however you should not do anything that might cause the blood clot that has forms in the socket where the tooth came from to come out...you will get dry socket.
