Question: Do organic products kill good bacteria, or.?
do they kill just bad.? i want something to clense myself, to get rid of bad bacteria, but to keep good bacteria. i've noticed, (for kind of odd reasons) that if i dont shower or clean my mouth for a few days, like 3 days, i dont get acne, and i smelled like b-o, and stinky body and breath, and i could smell it, but then after a while, it didnt smell bad to me anymore, it smelled the same as before, but i just got used to the smell, and it didnt bother me at all. weird, huh. but i dont wana stay like that, i want my breath to smell minty, should i just buy some mint.? mint tastes bad, but does mint clean your teeth.? should i just buy fresh mint and eat some everyday.? if i just eat some healthy food like apples, to clean my teeth, is that enough to keep my mouth clean.?... thanks so much.
