Hmm... well toothpastes COULD work, but they would take a long time to see results. However, I like using the Crest Whitestrips.
But, if you're looking for really cheap, I guess peroxide could work, since thats a main ingredient in these things.

The have different versions depending how fast you want your teeth , how dramatic the results are and so on. I use the ten day kit, and you get 40 strips,( 20 for top and 20 for bottom teeth.) You wear a set for a half hour each day, depending on the set. I've noticed a great change in the whiteness of my teeth after a week. These cost anywhere from 25-40 dollars, and you can find these at Target or Walmart. They last for about a year provided you dont smoke or drink lots of tea and coffee. I think 30 bucks is a great price for whiter teeth for over a year. The only drawback I can think of is that the strips are only wide enough for the teeth that show when you smile. The very back teeth wont get the whitened treatment, so if you dont mind that then these are great. :)Health Question & Answer
