What i think is best is what my dentist told me to do brush your teeth with your toothpaste rinse your mouth then, wet your tooth brush and dip it into baking soda brush your teeth and let it sit on for about 3 minutes then rinse it off. if you do it everyday after about a month ull see results!! Good luckHealth Question & Answer
do not use any of those! the whitening will only be temporary and not worth the permanent damage you will do to your teeth. if you really want a "safe" way to whiten try brushing with STRAWBERRIES.-blurey

Bleaching gel that you buy from your dentist is a peroxide solution. So if you take peroxide dip that with your tooth brush and then put baking soda on it. It will take away stains from you teeth and brighten your smile.Health Question & Answer
First of all, never brush with vinegar. The acidity of it will wear your enamel really fast. If you mix baking soda and peroxide it will whiten over time but not as well as professional whitening products you can get from a dentist. Health Question & Answer
