What are some good ab workouts?!


Question: I know diet is the most important thing with losing fat, but what are some good ab exercises/workouts (other than sit ups) that you can do at home. How many reps and sets should you do?

do four reps of bicycle crunches each day
each rep until you can't do them properly anymore
I researched this same question, and I learned that bicycle crunches are the MOST effective and burn the most calories within the shortest amount of time because they require continuous movement. As of exercises w/ workout equipment; I dont know. It is also best if you accompany this with cardio such as running; utherwise you could just be building muscle over fat.

PILATES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you should definitely try pilates, if you've never heard of it look it up, I recommend you buy "My pilates body" by Brooke Siler...also, take Alegro classes or practice with a teacher that owns a 'Cadillac'...if you learn even a few exercises Joseph Pilates taught you will see INSTANT results, I promise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sit up straight on the floor...knees bent feet flat on the floor...now lean back a little...the more you lean the harder you will work....while leaning back lift one knee and pass a light weight or anything smallish {can of soda} under your knee from your right to left hand now under your left knee and again under the right...back and forth till you feel the burn....won't be long!....Have fun!
