Whats the fastest/easy way to make yourself throw up?!


Question: I really wanna lose wight for 8th grade prom and graduation
I'm 125lbs and 5'5''
I am liek obese compared to all my friends
So wat do i do to throw up easier and faster cuz it takes me a minimum of 1 in a half hours just to do it
Then i go and excercise my *** off
PLZ HELP AND GIVE ME ADVICE

Wouldn't it be simpler and less messy to not eat the food in the first place?

You shouldn't throw up in order to loose weight. Diet, exercise, and some discpline and self control is what you need.
However to answer your question, shove your finger down your throat to stimulate your gag relex.

The fastest way to make yourself throw up is to read this question a couple of times.

Geez, bulimia is already starting in middle school? How sad.

You need some professional help. Get off the computer and talk to your parents and/or a counselor.

I would recommend that you don't - it's not natural - however, unnaturally, I suppose you could start sticking your fingers down your throat - eww.

umm well im bulimic and the easiest way 4 me is not 2 eat alot and wen i do eat i throw up.i use a toothbrush ur finger i think is harder 2 use.but i do suggest we get help.=)

you DO have issues..I hope no one gives you tip on how to throw up...Just go to the gym and stick with a diet..that's the best way to lose weight...there are no miracle formula for that..sorry x

It is foolish to think you can lose weight by throwing up. How about eating fresh fruits and vegetables with a small amount of baked chicken with your meals and watch the weight come off quickly. With the exercise you are already doing (you need to do enough to make you sweat) and for at a minimum of 30 minutes per day, you should be in good shape for 8th grade prom and graduation.

You don't. Purging (throwing up) destroys your stomach lining, your teeth and puts strain on your heart) You are fine as you are.

If you wish to loose some weight to fit into a dress the best way to do this is by eating plenty of fruit and veg and drinking water, it will help your complection and you will loose any water weight you may have so you will look firmer.

You're weight is just fine for your body. Youdon't need to throw up. If you want to lose some extra weight, just cut out some junk food. I completely stopped drinking soda and lost 7 pounds just from that. Instead of grabbing a bag of chips, have an apple. It fills you up and it's healthy. If you want to get your metabolism moving, drink green tea and eat hot peppers. That all works. Puking messes up your body to begin with anyway.

You are NOT obese. You're not even overweight! All your "friends" are probably anorexic and you're on the way. Stop now before you seriously hurt yourself!

Whatever you do, DO NOT MAKE YOURSELF THROW UP. Geez, it's common sense! It's unhealthy for you and it causes diseases. You think you'll only do it once, but once you do it, you'll do it tons of times. Does it really matter? Your friends like you for you. Your 125lbs!? Dang, your skinny. You're healthy, but your friends are probably UNHEALTHY because of how skinny they are.

Honestly, don't. In 8th grade, I had a 3 month period in which I was throwing up several times a day - no one knew why (I was NOT bulimic). In the end, it turned out I had a weird allergy to milk-derived proteins. It also turned out I had scarred my esophagus, and had developed stomach ulcers. I was hospitalized, and needed 3 surgeries. So when I say throwing up won't solve your problems - believe me. I also DIDN"T lose any weight - because after throwing up I just wanted to eat more I was so hungry.

I'd really recommend just cutting back on calories and working out. Either running or going in to a gym and using a treadmill/exercise bike will help you lose weight pretty quickly. Do low intensity cardio - 40-60% of your max heart rate. Just cut out fats from your diet and eat smaller portions throughout the day - the FDA's food guide is a good guideline. Doing this, not only will you lose weight but you'll be tones to - and you'll basically have your pick of prom dates : )

At that age - you metabolism is so fast you will undoubtedly see quick benefits from less food and more exercise!

You asked for advice yet you obviously don't want to hear any sensible answers by saying what you did at the end of you question,but I'm gonna answer anyway.

Yes you have issues,and serious ones if you have been and continue to make yourself sick in order to lose weight,it's hardly healthy is it?

By continuing to do this you will seriously harm your health and it can become fatal and it can also take over your life and become a real bad habit that's so hard to break.

Please don't say this is just a one of til the proms over,cos believe me,there will always be a next time for whatever reason it may be.

If you want to lose weight,do it the sensible way.

I doubt you will get many answers that just tell you what you want to hear,and if you do,shame on them I say,I just hope they never end up with kids that end up doing this,won't be laughing much then I don't imagine!

I know many people who started to want to throw up because they felt they were fat - and I have to tell you it never works, it just makes them thin unhappy, rather than fat unhappy. You are nowhere near obese - not even overweight!! But, much as you might not like to hear it - if you think this is a solution,then you do have issues. But OA can help you if you want to be honest and admit to the problem.
