Question: Did I eat Enough And Did I Eat Healthy Today.?! :-] .?
Hello everyone! I Today I Ate:
- Breakfast: a pb & j on 2 slices of SaraLee wheat toast (one tbs jelly and one tbs pb)
- Lunch: Humus Sandwhich with one cucumber! (humus made out of chick peas). (the bread i ate was 65 calories)
Snack: one normal sized orange.
- Dinner: a plate of WHITE rice, steamed carrots and steamed peppers(green and red) with chicken(not fried, white meat), and it also had tomato paste in it. and I had some salad next to that. (salad had: iceberg lettuce, a garlic clove, canola oil, and lemon juice). ( please dont say "eat brown rice" or "get brown rice is healthier for you!" I know it is but thats all i had. For a drink i had: one cup of Orange Juice with NO PULP!
- Dessert: one lowfat 70 calorie gogurt tube and a small 100 calorie sponge cake dessert!
Here are my questions i want answered please:
- did i eat healthy today.?
- did i eat enough.?
- AROUND how many calories did i eat.? (if you dont know how much calories i ate say something like "you ate around 800-1200 calories!" Make A Range!!

well eating healthier.? um it's not a great diet for healthy eating like the sponge cake and gogurt u could do without have a banana w/ peanut butter instead and yes brown rice whole grains are better the dinner was good though sides the white rice hummus is very healthy for u but ur lunch is too small add in some protein like turkey also or chicken on the side and breakfast too small too add in like 4egg whites plus what u had and a glass of skim milk
you ate OKAY id still change the diet more protein in ur breakfast and lunch
