Do you think i need to step my Game up or tone it down!?!
Question: Do you think i need to step my Game up or tone it down!.?
Well i have been loosing weight since 8th grade almost over 100lbs. Im in the 11th grade now.
Lately Ive been dieting and excersing.
I intake 1200 calories most of the time less ,a day. I have had no soda or juice, no junk, or meat in the past 5 months...... Ive substitued soda for water and juice for green tea......
The thing is when it comes to meals.... Im not hungry, I dnt get to eat with my family.... I do eat half my school lunch but thats it... I swim, walk, and play a lil sports.. I wanna start doing 20 stadiums a day, 100 lunges, 25 leg ups, and some crunches... Do you think that is to much or do i need to do more.? Any suggestionsHealth Question & Answer

2 hours of exercise a day + no junk food or soda should be enough....I'm really healthy and my diet is as simple as that :DHealth Question & Answer
