i gained about 30 lbs and i noticed i have a few stretch marks on my lower belly and thighs..i have just joined a gym and got a personal trainer..will my stretch marks go away if i lose weight or if i lose weight will they get worse..what can i do to get rid of them.? help Health Question & Answer

Stretch marks happen to dry skin. The skin breaks which causes the stretch marks. What I suggest you do before you gain more and they get worse it to keep moisturizing them by using lotion and such.
I don't know about them going away but you could prevent them from happening and becoming worse by moisturizing your body.
