Answers:
Cod Liver Oil is more potent than fish oil, but they both contain vitamins A, D, K, and of course Omega 3 although vitamins D&A are much more found in Cod especially. Flax Seed Oil is a vegetable source of some forms of Omega 3 and also containing Omega 6 which helps with the hormones and some believe it's more beneficial (Flaxeed) since it's plant based and less likely to contain heavy metals. I use both but not at the same time of course!!

Hope this helpedHealth Question & Answer
