I"m really fat, and I'm not just saying that. I need to lose some weight and was wondering if this was a good daily workout for 5 days a week.

-20 min walk
- Billy Blanks Ab Workout 30min
-20 stair climbing
-Billy Blanks Cardio Workout 40min

If I do this for two months do you think I could lose weight and inches.?.?.?
do you have any other tips or ideas.?

it sounds good, but i guarantee that you won't have time to do that every day with school and homework and stuff
