Question: What is being healthy and being too thin.?
I'm 25, 6'5" and overweight. I just recently started working out again and was trying to look up BMI. Most of the those sites though said I should weight about 170-205lbs. That is skinner then I really would like to be. What is a good BMI for someone that works out 3-5 times a week with moderate weight lifting training, for my height.?Health Question & Answer

I will give you "The formula" for healthy and normal weight. Formula is in kg - weight and cm - height.

Your height in cm minus 100 is equal to your normal body weight in kg

Example: if you are 175cm height, your normal weight should be 75kg.

But it depends. There are so many factors like bone structure %fats and muscles and so on.

For example I have to be 76kg, but I am looking a bit fat with these kg, so it is personal point of view.
