I'm no expert but it all seems a bit excessive! Eat small portions of healthy food (5 servings a day), drink lots of water, and exercise an hour or two a day, and you should be great! One of the most dangerous things you can do is overwork yourself with a goal unreasonably rigid. I hope you find a good plan that works for you! Good luck!!Health Question & Answer

That is a wonderful plan for a Sumo wrestler--in fact sounds just like what they eat and do. So if you are planning to be a Sumo wrestler go for it--if not---hit www.webmd.com for a diet and exercise plan. :) A note most folks tend to fall in the 1500 to 2000 calorie area. :) Another note--what you have written in your diet and exercise plans is not even a reasonably good one--it is terrible. :)Health Question & Answer
