Question: I have an eating problem plz help, tryna gain weight.?
when i try to gain weight, its hard, cuz i cant eat as much as i want to eat. im 5'8, 150lbs, and tryna gain weight to be at least 165lbs, i exersize extreem exersize 4-10 hours a day, if i sleep 8 hours then i exersize 10 hours, if i sleep 14 hours, then i exersize 4 hours. should i just eat as much as i can, i have to force myself to eat sometimes, cuz from exersizeing so much, i loose all my apitite. thanks.Health Question & Answer

When trying to gain weight you should map out some type of plan & stick to it. As you are exercising so much you will find it hard to gain any weight, but I suggest you try eating some different foods which might help you to put on weight. Foods like cakes, ice-cream, chocolate or anything high in calories & carbohydrates should eventually put on weight if you eat enough of them. I think you are exercising WAAAY TOO MUCH

depending on what you eat now you're body is probably thinking it is starving as you will be buring ALOT of calories if doing hard exercise 4-10 hours a day.

All you need is a healthy balanced diet of around 1800-2200 GOOD calories per day (not junk food as others have suggested - these are empty calories and do nothing for your body) coupled with one hour of exercise per day (burning around 500-600 calories per session) to keep you fit, lean and healthy.Health Question & Answer

I was in the same state few years back. I started with regular exercise, in morning or evening (not more than 1/2 hour), and a compulsory breakfast. The breakfast should contain some protein and fat. Then regular (on fix time) lunch and dinner would help a lot. Again, avoid taking junk food as they just fill the stomach without any good values. At the end a good heavy ice-cream will help a lot.

then eat 500 calories more than your bmr. u should put on a pound each week.
dont exercise so much but if u do do muscle building exercise not fat burning exercise
muscle weighs more than fat

Eat a lot of sweets, pasta, pizza, crisps, mars bars, etc.
