How much to exercise to keep fit?!


Question: How much to exercise to keep fit.?
I usually jog 2-3 times, around 2.5km each, a week. Is it enough to be healthy and fit.? (And I don't know whether height and weight matters, but I'm 5'2'' and 100 pounds.)Health Question & Answer
