Question: I am sixteen and want to lose about 30 lbs, how can i do this.?
I am sixteen with no health concerns.
I weigh about 160 lbs (It changes between 158-161, generally depending on the time of day and month.)
All my friends are beautiful and thin and I feel like a ******* beached whale compared to them.
I want to drop 30 lbs and fast.

My measurements are:
39 in the bust
28 in the waist
39 in the bum

So, I have that curvy shape, and I don't feel like I look fat, but a weigh a lot!
I just want to change the number on the scale.
Dropping down to a size 7 (currently size 9) wouldn't be the worst thing in the world, either.Health Question & Answer

Start your day by drinking one cup of water before anything else.
also if you like honey eat one tea spoon of honey. this has been proven to help your digestive system started.
For breakfast eat something light and healthy.
for lunch eat something light and healthy.
and for dinner eat something delicious and healthy.
What is Healthy.? well basically meals that contain a lot fruits, vegies and dairy.
FOr example for breakfast maybe a banana yogurt and toast.
or occasionaly even eggs toast and milk is considered healthy.
for lunch a baloni sandwich with vegies and either water or juice.
and for dinner grilled chicken breast steamed veggies and brown rice.

Sounds delicious. but hard to make.?

well sometimes with our busy lives we just have to improvise.

and what if we get hungry between meals.?
just try staying away from regular junk food. instead snack on vegies fruits and nutrition bars, fig newtons, and other yummy stuff.

Its ok to eat unhealthy on RARE occasions. but don't over due it.

STAY AWAY FROM FAST FOOD.
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.
SNACK ON HEALTHY FOODS ONLY.
EXCERSISE.
and these things will help you reach a healthier weight.

Remeber it is better to eat more often and less than it is to eat less often and more. this will help shrking your stomach.

Fast is dumb, theres just no way ur going to be able to do it.
Just take it slowly, i have no idea what your eating habits are but just make sure you are eating healthy foods and not constantly snacking throughout the day. Maybe try increasing the amount of excercise your getting. Just don't do anything dumb, like skipping meals.

calorie diet worked pretty well for me

stick with 1500 calories and eat as much fruit and veggies as you want

watermelon is awesome btw
so is cheese and triscuits
and a couple tips


NO BAGELS
avoid white bread
eat complex sugars ex.. spegetti is VERY good for you
no dressings especially ranch
no mayo
buy whipped butter.. its the same thing only 2ice as healthy
eat very slow

Walking can do wonders, If you aren't one who likes to exercise, walking is great, just listen to you ipod while you do it. also portion control, eat on a salad plate, that way you fit less food on it and no seconds. Drink water, cut soda out, you'll notice a huge difference just from that. don't eat after 7 pm, chew lots of gum, it helps to not snack. these are all things I have done at the same time and lost 20 lbs, I would have kept going but I got pregnant.
