ok i really want to loose weight cause im 13 and i weight 150 and im 5ft and im really getting sad about my wieght and i really qwont to loose about 25 pounds... ok if i drank a slimfast in the morning and snacked on grapes or an apple every few hours and walk 5 miles a day and kept this up for 6 months could i loose 25 pounds... if oyu dont htink i can then please suggest something betterHealth Question & Answer

Your plan sounds good, but you don't need to drink Slimfast. Having fruit as snacks is excellent, and as for the walking, you can try for five miles but don't push yourself too hard. Pace yourself. And if you can't do all of these changes to your lifestyle at once, then you should do one thing at a time. For instance, change your snacking habits and when you accomplished that goal, then work on the exercise. You can also discuss this with your doctor, and he or she can help you come up with ideas. I think you should be able to and maybe lose more. If you really wanna lose weight, I suggest you do some more cardio exercises.Health Question & Answer
