Question: Am I Gonna Lose The Weight!!!!!!!!!!!.?
My Goal: Toned, Six Pack Showing & Weight Loss.
I am 19 year old 5'8 and 195 lbs.
I am excercising 6 days a week, and I am eating better than ever.
Excercise includes of: 35 Mins Basketball (Mixture of Running and Shooting) 25 mins on Gym Bike and 10 mins of Ab Crunches (Where you are sitting on a machine and you push down on this bar using ur abdominal muscles....
Eating, smart I should say, meals all are less than 300 calories, no fried food sugars soda chips and all the junk, little to no bread...
Timeline: Achieve my goals by Spring Break of 2009. Easy task if I keep this up.? Any comments are welcome!

Excellent job. You sounds like me a couple of months ago but do not make the same mistake I did. I went back because I lost motivation.Don't loose you motivation you will regret it! Trust me.
Keep going strong and think about the goal! Think about how you are going to look and feel when everyone say"Whoa, Chad, is that you.?" "You look great!"
Don't ever give up and you will definitely have the desired body with more if you keep this up until 2009.

yep you'll definately see results if you keep that up. BUT i know it might not seem it now, but you might get sick of the same old exercise routine... try other ab exercises.
For example
lie on your back, with both your legs about 20cm above the ground (feet pointed) and your arms too. keep your arms straight forward and lie there for 30 seconds. do this twice. hurts heaps but that means its working.Health Question & Answer
