Question: Fixing a bulging stomach.?
I'm 15, and I have a bit of a stomach issue. I've been doing 50-60 sit ups a day to work on a six pack. When I wake up in the morning, my stomach bulges but it's getting better as a result to the sit ups. But when I eat/drink, like during breakfast/lunch (I have healthy lunches, 1 soda a day. Limited snacking) it just comes out. I have no idea. Any idea why.? When my six pack gets fully developed, will this go away.? Or making sure my stomach doesn't bulge.?
