What's the difference between whey protein and casein protein?!
Question: What's the difference between whey protein and casein protein.?
Answers:
Whey protein is a fast-digesting protein, and when taken with water it can digest in less than 15 minutes, making it especially optimal for post-workout.
Casein protein is a slow-digesting protein, and takes around 7 hours to digest, making it optimal for nighttime, to keep your body in a positive nitrogen balance, since you will not be consuming any food at night.
The digestion of both types can be slowed down by adding fat to it. By the way, my other account got banned for correcting someone and arguing with them...lol, so this is my new account.Health Question & Answer
