Question: Should i try the diet shakes...?
I'm 18, 5"4 & 121 lbs i know i'm not overweight and i have been toning up by stretches & specific workouts.. my diet is balanced, but i just want to lose a few kilos to make the process quicker. i was thinking about going on the diet shakes...? what do you think.? or are these bad for your health.?
i realise people gain weight after they stop taking them but since my diet is balanced and i dont eat unhealthily, would that be a problem.?Health Question & Answer

Diet shakes are so useless. They are basically water with protein, sweeteners and fiber for a high cost. Its best to just have a balanced snack or your own protein shake from home.Health Question & Answer
