Answers:
sounds about right

I'm 140 and I'm supposed to be eating about 1800 calories to stay the same (but I'm really tall for a girl)

When I am training though its closer to 2500 (a LOT of training tough!)

eat the right foods; if your concerned about your weight get the 'best life diet book; it gives you super healthy low cal receipes to help you stay happy and healthy (they are actually really tasty too!)

Eating unhealthy Calories will give you sugar and salt craving making really hard to stay under 2000 cals a day; same with too many carbs.

Plus you want to wait at least 2 hrs before sleeping after you eat or else the food ou ate will just turn to fat.Health Question & Answer

2000 calories is actually very little for a 200 pound person. I am 16 and I am supposed to be eating around 2400 per day If you continue doing this you will quickly begin to lose weightHealth Question & Answer

You should most likely learn how to spell before you post another dumb *** question on here and make a fool of yourself.
