Meh.? Cardio workouts burn fat and calories, but unless you actually do strength training you aren't increasing your muscle capacity, which would in turn increase your ability to burn fat and calories. That's the closest I can come to what you are saying.Health Question & Answer
That isn't true. You are supposed to train muscles every other day, or every third day if you do a very hard workout.Health Question & Answer
