Question: Is it okay to take a day off from exercising if you feel sore.?
im starting to feel the effects from the ammount of exercise, or rather the intensity. Tae-bo, advanced for one hour. god! im sore from head to toe lol. is it okay to take a day off and "recover" and then get back on it the next day.? if i eat healthy and such i wont gain weight from not exercising right.?Health Question & Answer
