It is OK except that rice is a carb and not so great. In addition, you would have to ask that the veggies be steamed and not tossed in hoisin or something high in fructose and other fattening ingredientsHealth Question & Answer

That depends. Anything you eat can be fattening if you eat more calories than your body can use at one time. If you eat 1000 calories of rice and your body only needs 500, then the other 500 gets stored.

There are other factors though. Digestion takes energy, the activity you do after you eat takes energy. In general, most of us could use 100-200 calories an hour without gaining weight.

dont eat that its just carbs and calories, try eating a little rice, a little veggie selection and a little meat, all with their respective sauces because fats give you nice skin and also enhance growth hormones. You wont get fat if you eat fats, only if you overeat on anything that has caloriesHealth Question & Answer

It is better than eating the fried chicken I will tell you that much. Steamed white rice is really good for you and low in fat the mixed veggies is probably the best thing for you there but they are probably cooked in a whole lot of butter!Health Question & Answer
