Question: Why are my legs killing me so much.? im really out of shape and its been a LONG time since ive worked out.?
now im 22 5'8" and weigh 297 pounds
yea i know


anyway i know that due to my stay at home job ive been especially inactive
but i when i say work out , all i did was walk for an hour around my neighborhood. i can remember in the past that when i started a workout regimen i would only do treadmill anyway and i would be fine
i dont remember being THIS SORE from just simply walking

what can i SAFELY do before walking should i do stretches.? is it possible that because ive been soooo inactive my muslces are weak.?.? the pain in my legs is freaking me out but i cant let it discourage me from getting in some form of exercise because i desperately need to lose weightHealth Question & Answer

Yes, because you have not exercised in such a long time.
You should stretch, and take things slow. If you go for a run, start out by doing a few laps a day, and break when you need to. Then as your body accustoms to it, increase speed and distance. Cut down your food portions, and eat healthy. If you feel the urge to snack between meals, eat fruit. Drink plenty of water, and Chinese green tea is good for cleansing the digestive system of excessive fats.Health Question & Answer

stretch after your body has warmed up a bit , like after 5 minutes or so. make sure you're eating healthy food before and after, and drinking plenty of water.
maybe eat a banana for the cramping in your legs
