I need to fit into these shorts by next summer. ?!
Question: I need to fit into these shorts by next summer. .?
I just bought these shorts by Roxy. They are 50$ board shorts, down to 4$ because I got them at value village; second hand store. Anyways, I couldn't not buy them, but the problem is, they are size 5.. I'm size 7... they are noticeably tight but I can still get them on. I can do up the button. They are tight around the hips and thighs and bum. What are some toning exercises I can do for these areas.? I'm 135lbs at 5'7, so I mean I know I'd fit them if I lost 5lbs around my waste and hips. I do plenty of cardio at the gym and weight training. I guess my diet is to blame, I do eat a lot of chocolate, and pizza, and well just about anything I crave I eat. Don't get me wrong I do eat healthy things also, but I'm not a slave to diets, I suppose that's my problem. I always figured if I exercised, there's no need to diet... but if I want to lose 10 lbs i've gotta step it up right.? Well anyways, how do I ditch the cravings for chocolate.? I'm not into candy or fast food though... so no problems there, and I can't drink pop. I only drink water. All in all I'm pretty healthy. I just need to shake the last 10lbs. I'm not lazy at all, cept when I have to study but for the most part I'm pretty active. I don't have time to work out for 3 hours a day tho :S who does.? Anyways, anything people could tell me would be of great help. Thanx. Health Question & Answer

You really do have to fix that diet.. Exercise isn't an excuse for eating unhealty. I also have a terrible addiction to chocolate. I usually just have 1-2 small pieces (like, bite size) a day along with a healthy diet. I suggest cutting out pizza entirely because you can't really have that in moderation (unless you have about 1/4 a slice of pizza; but 1 slice is generally 450 calories).
I think if you really wanted to do it, seriously changing around your eating habits would make a big difference (and a tiny piece of chocolate is ok; just remember moderation is key!).Health Question & Answer
