I want to start excersizing but im not sure what I should do?!


Question: I want to start excersizing but im not sure what I should do.?
Everyone says im skinny (not anorexic skinny, normal skinny)

But I barely work out and I want to start.

I want to get my stomach toned, my upper legs and my arms.

The way I got into fitness followed a very natural trend.

I always walked everywhere, so I started jogging every now and then, gradually increasing the ammount of times per week I went out. After doing this for about half a year I decided to join a gym. Now I go to the gym every 2nd day and do hill running instead of jogging as its far better for burning fat and better for the joints.

Basically, do what works for you. Go out and spend some money on a pair of trainers and some shorts and a tshirt and jog or run or play a sport instead of watching TV or going on the PC. Don't push yourself too hard at first, but its important to get the endorphins flowing that make you feel great and make you want to keep on working out!Health Question & Answer

First off, from observations I can see that you are probably hella fat. I can see that you love vanilla and your picture is a flipping ice cream. I recomend you change your avatar so there is no temptation. An as Ive told people before, once you got fat, there's no going back.
