ive been pretty "down in the dumps" this winter cos of fights With so called Friends and things like that so i ate alot n slept alot so i wouldn't have to deal With it. but i ended up putting on alot of Weight n most of it went straight to my bum n thighs,
i want to loose weigh for summer, which is starting now here

Well...gaining weight Is kinda annoying...but I Recommend that you drink lots of water...Most likely 2 or 3 bottles per day. And about exercise...Maybe you should jog in place for 5 minutes everyday.Health Question & Answer
