I heard somewhere that you lose muscles if you do cardio...
for example...
I do 1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of weight-lifting a day...
so 2 hours of total workout...

Answers:
An hour of cardio will reduce the effect of your weight training. By that I mean you will get better results with weight training alone because your muscles will have more recovery time. You shouldn't be training every day either. Be sure to include a couple of days rest a week. I would recommend reducing the cardio to 45 minutes or less only 3 x a week.
