im trying to lose weight..but I have a sweet tooth and im craving a caramel sundae frm McDonalds..

Im going to the gym later and did spinning this morning. should i get it.?.? what can i do to burn it off.?

pick a time for the sundae. i work hard with exercise and diet all week but on saturday nights, i have 2 glasses of wine, and on wednesday nights, i have a small treat of my choice. i'll get one of those single serve pieces of cheesecake and split it with my husband. it works for me. i'd say eat the damn sundae because if you deny yourself the pleasure, you'll fall off the healthy wagon!Health Question & Answer

Try eating something else, maybe some vanilla frozen yogurt with some topping or maybe go to the store and buy some bite size caramel bites. I mean it is ok to eat the sundae, but limit how much you eat of it. And maybe when you get home have a healthy dinner without any dessert later.Health Question & Answer
