I like to do squats and lunges. To work my calf a little more I will add calf raises at times. As these become easier, I grab some hand weights to intensify the workout.Health Question & Answer

For your calves, raise yourself up to your toes while standing halfway on a step. Repeat and you'll feel the burn.
