Dance And Dumbbells ?!


Question: Dance And Dumbbells .?
Ok I think I gave wrong info before. What I should of said is....If I dancing hard a few hours every day with 5lb dumbbells in each hand

A. How long will it take to tone up my body.?
a.b And is this a good exercise to tone up.?

B. How long should it take to Lose 5lbs to 10lbs

C. Is this to much of a workout.? should I slow it down some.?

This is what I think, I might be wrong thats why I say I think...anyways when I am doing this workout, I am dripping sweat and instead of glides on smooth floor, I dance on carpet floor dragging instead of gliding for resistance for my muscles. Yes I drink fluids while doing this. Started 4 days ago and the way i figure it I should lose 5lbs in 5 day lol Im being quite hopeful huh.?
