Absolutely. As long as you are eating healthy and exercising, you are perfectly fine. You don't always get results right away from eating healthy and exercising. If you want to look more athletic, or lose weight (which I don't think you need to loose weight!) You should keep up the exercising and always eat healthy foods! Stay away from bad carbs and foods that have a lot of salt and fat in them!

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... It's perfectly normal!!!!!! Trust me! I went to my doctor (I'm 14 and weigh 130) and he told me I was perfectly normal. I walk about 4-5 miles a day and eat healthy! Health Question & Answer
