Along with exercise of course, because I've been running ever night that I can. I've cut out most soft drinks, and drink a lot of water. Any other tips.? I have a very slow metabolism, always have.. even when I played several sports. How can I change that.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Keep up the cardio, at least 5 days a week for at least 30 mins each session.

Keep a balanced diet, high in protien and complex carbs, keep drinking plenty of water. Try 5-7 small snack/meals evenly spaced thorughout the day, instead of 3 or less large meals - this will keep your metabolism going all day long, instead of in spurts.

Add weight training into you routine. So many women are scared to lift weights because they think they are going to get big manly muscles. This is a complete myth!!! It will tone your muscles and add more lean muscle. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn - even sitting still or sleeping.

Good luck.Health Question & Answer

I found the best way was the South Beach Diet. The weight literally falls off if you follow it correctly. Phase 1 is very restrictive which makes it difficult. I felt lethargic all of the time on Phase 1 so I went straight to Phase 2 and it still worked great. Health Question & Answer
