Question: How long to lose weight incline 10 treadmill.?
My older sister wants to know if you ride the treadmill speed 3.5 for thirty minutes with ten incline along with a really good diet how long would it take for you to lose 10 pounds.? (she's got a dance coming up... it's all she talks about!)

On incline your thighs will get muscular as in bigger, but the thing is that it's not about how much you weigh. TRUST ME. it's about how u look. losing inches is more significant than loosing weight cause it's just numbers. What she can do is cut out junk food, but still have three healthy meals a day. DO NOT SKIP MEALS. tell her to drink 8 glasses of water everyday and to exercise moderately maybe about 30-60min a day like powerwalking or jogging too. Health Question & Answer

If she looses 1.5 pounds (3500 calories per pound) per week then 7 weeks (that comes to about 750 cal per day), or at best 5 weeks. It's calories in - calories out.
