no dont listen to pple telling u to have fruit before bed it's a terrible idea itll make u want more food DONT...okay here's what u want a good cup of decaf tea hot w/ minimal sugar non if possible then have a cup of cottage cheese ull feel satisfied it's packed w/ protein and great before bed helps ur muscles and u dont want alot of carbs before bed BUT u can eat before bed i eat 10mins before i sleep tea and cottage cheese i add nuts tooo but im trying to gain weight so cut out the nuts hope that helps it works well for me i used to binge at night tooHealth Question & Answer

Then..
Make a smoothie.
Mainly containing foods with fibre such as bannanas.

In the smoothie include a wide range of fruits.

Drink that after you have some dark chocolate.

Then if you are still hungry pour some milk in a cup and warm it up.
It should make you want to sleep better, which means less snacking.
